My start in Lending

I have been in the real estate industry for over 16 years. I started out in the lending side of the business and was a top real estate lender. I was a sales manager and trainer in the lending industry, and trained over 400 individuals while maintaining record setting personal production. I received numerous awards – and not being a brag/award type person I threw away the proof. Plus all those plaques and statuettes take up space and collect dust.

Real Estate Bank Inspections and Valuations

In 2007 I started working more on the real estate broker side of my business as the mortgage industry came to a screeching halt. I started doing bank valuations and inspections, and listing properties for sale for banks. Since then I have completed over 4,000 paid valuations (these are not appraisals as an appraiser would be quick to tell you) and sold multiple properties for the banking industry. This gives me a solid grounding in what the current values in the local market is, and what the current trends are.

Cutting Edge Home Marketing and Buyer Service

With government intervention in the foreclosure process, the bank property listing side of things was tough. I went back to school in the real estate industry and learned the new top marketing techniques to sell houses for individuals and the top ways to provide the best service to buyers. I worked personally with some of the top people in the real estate industry, including being personally coached by one of the featured agents in the book “Billionaire Real Estate Agent.”

What I'm doing Now and How You can Put My Expertise to Work for You

Currently I work with multiple banks valuating and listing properties for sale. Valuating homes for banks keeps me right on top of current trends. 
Sellers: I work with home sellers on selling their homes at a price for today’s market. I can help even if the property is a “short sale” to the bank. 
Buyers: And I work with buyers to help them identify the house they want, negotiate on price, and help navigate the hurdles and landmines in the home buying process.

My services include:

  • Listing residential and commercial properties for sale
  • Aiding buyers in finding a home to purchase
  • Providing formal property valuations for a fee
  • Limited property preservation and maintenance contracting
